An employee shared the time he was fired from his job, with his wild response gaining his large amounts of social media users praise.
The American woman, passing through Karson Bree Online, recently shared a recording of a video call last year, when her then employer told her that she would no longer work for the company.
Karson did not name the company and also blurred the other people in the video, but in the Tiktok subtitle, he explained that he had assumed a job in a local magazine and described the experience as a “program S -T”.
After less than three months with the company, he was asked to join a video call with two senior staff members and a human resource representative, in which he was told that his work was being “finished immediately”.
When asked why he was let go, his boss, whom he only referred to in Lisa, informed him that he was coming to the end of the first 90 days of his work, and he felt that “it was not a good way.”
When Karson asked why they thought it was not a great adjustment, their question encountered a silence of almost ten seconds.
His boss later pointed out issues such as the posting publication, having typefaces and his design was not a “good fit” for the publication.
Karson then asked if he could provide comments on these claims before launching a detailed breakdown of his experience with the company.
He stated that many of the reasons for these problems were out of control, such as receiving late materials and not receiving access to accounts that would help to get things on time.
The worker claims that he “encountered route locks” at each step of the road before taking the direct goal of her head.
“I received very few comments from you and often there were times when I contacted you without having said anything or having a response or answer,” he said.
The woman added: “I feel that I have taken every step in the way of trying to do this job for the best of my capabilities and, frankly, you have done it very difficult.”
“I also found it very unacceptable to receive a message at 11:00 pm last night, informing me that I would have fired the next day with this meeting and immediately revoke my access to everything.”
There was another long pause after that, after which Karson asked when the decision was made to end his job.
This time, the other superior worker of the call, named Kendall, responded, claiming that there was no “specific date” and only heard that “it was not a good fit” and they hoped that he could find a more appropriate role in his “style”.
Once again, Karson was promoted again, asking -Li: “So was a problem with my style of work? Kendall, I would like to know specifically if you had problems with my workflow with you.”

The woman explained that it was not so much a workflow problem, as they found it was not a stylistic adjustment for the magazine.
But the worker was not yet, saying that in this case he would love to make a suggestion. “
“If you want to maintain a good team and move forward, you must make sure that your leadership also has the strengths that you need to have to make a well-designed magazine,” said Karson, who added that if he had been given the right materials on a timely basis, he could have done his job more effectively.
“I apologize for searches and light errors and errors, but when it comes to, late -released publications are not my fault. I want this clear. It was not my fault.”
He then headed directly to his chief Julie, saying he was waiting for this comment on board, saying that “since my greatest frustration began working with you.”
“I want this to be known because you have not given me the time to express or give -no comment to this moment,” he said.
Karson was reminded that this call was not “Julie”, which he said he understood this, but heard that he would not have an opportunity in the future to raise his concerns.
Then he finished the call by saying. “It was very good to work with you Kendall, I can’t say the same for you Julie. Have a great day.”
Since sharing the video in Tiktok last week, more than 2.3 million times has been seen and has won more than 4,400 comments.
Many praised the employee for how he managed the situation and his professionalism.
“You did such a beautiful job for yourself. His answers were so vague,” he wrote.
Another person described his “epic” response and another said it was “extremely satisfactory to see.”
Others were stunned by the way the leadership team was not ready when Karson asked simple questions, such as why he was letting go.
“They didn’t expect you to ask why …?” Said a person.
“Sitting in silence like this was embarrassing when he asked questions,” he wrote another, with an agreement, saying, “Silence was crazy.”
There were also human resources professionals in the comments section that were horrified by how to handle the situation.
“I am a person who, unfortunately, has to say goodbye to people and people as part of my job. I have a complete script and different things to say based on different results. I always tell them why, I show empathy and let them know that I never want to give the news,” said one person.
