The king of Bravo finally quotes inner glam for Green Outdoor.
Andy Cohen, Emmy’s winning television personality and “Top Chef” and “Watch What Happens Live,” found a buyer for his West Village Duplex after eight months in the market.
The Manhattan residence of 3,500 square feet, which was combined for 21 years, combining several units, was listed for $ 14 million in September 2024 before suffering a price of $ 2 million in February.
He had an official contract on May 19, according to the real estate runner and a long time friend Ryan Serhant, who shared the news through Instagram. The final price to pay as well as the new owner is not yet known.
Serhant, who is now the protagonist of “possessing Manhattan” on Netflix, named real estate reality television on the Bravo dollars list in New York, “which was released in 2012.
“Congratulations @Bravoandy,” Serhant wrote. “Thank you for trusting me @serhant with your home.”
According to previous reports, Serhant saw Cohen’s unit.
“The first time I entered Andy’s apartment, I said,” Whenever you are ready to participate, even if I have to get it out of your grip, you know. Because he is one of one, “he told the New York Times.” It’s one of those treasures that you expect all your career. “
When he received comments from the publication, Serhant could not prepare the agreement.
The apartment reflects a theatrical sensitivity in layers that adapts to its owner.
It is currently composed of three bedrooms, with a potential of 4 to 5 bedrooms and has 4.5 bathrooms.
With Gordon Kahn’s architecture, personalized residence includes a walnut, steel and glass scale; Caul Blue Kitchen Cabinety; and panoramic views of both the buildings of the Empire State and Chrysler.
The unit has a mixture of saturated color pallets, from lacquer red dust rooms to a royal purple carpet in the primary suite.
Among its numerous rarities: multiple wooden chimneys, a steam bath, three storage units and a primary bathroom with teak bath and a marble vanity.
The main bedroom also has its own fireplace.
However, even the dream apartments have limits.
Cohen, who had been an open-air getaway for some time, decided to move after finding another West Village house, which finally marked the box: outer space.
“Outdoor space was the decision! I have always coveted outdoor space,” said Cohen, who comes from Missouri, in People. “There is a lack of inventory in West Village with an outdoor space, so when I found something significant enough to leave my dream apartment … This is what was needed.”
Cohen’s new house cost $ 18 million and includes a terrace of 2,000 square feet, as well as 3,000 square feet of interior space. When he is not there, he is constantly strolling through the village of West and has been a common view of the streets for years.
The sale marks the end of an era for the figure of Bravo, the village of West Village served as a personal and professional refuge for a long time.
Outside of real estate property, Cohen continues to juggle a packaged schedule. In addition to his Siriusxm channels and accommodation, he currently runs the country with CNN Anchor, and a long time friend, Anderson Cooper in his series of live conversations, “AC2: An intimate evening with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen”.
Since Serhant sees it, separating with the house was not only a sale, but it was a time.
“It’s one of those treasures you expect all your career, to find something so you get to the market and sell,” he said.
